Hotel is beautiful but service was really bad, only 1 key card per room, no house keeping service, no free in room coffee machine, you can rent one for $20/ day… Rip off! We had do not disturb sign on, they still went in our room while we weren’t there, put in pots and dishes which we didn’t request for it…

The Room(20030) we booked was advertised to have a kitchenette. The fridge was minute. and did not cool well. There were no utensils, nothing but 2 glasses. Room surfaces were dusty. The Vdara property as a whole was clean, quiet.
