It’s not as you mentioned in online booking..one room ac was not working..they changed the room & gave some other room on a different floor..saying it’s standard room..rooms r not refreshing..charges were 4800/-for 2 nights…its 5 kilometres from Panjim city…

Single cottage was clean and good. Good staff, Food was good and supportive staff,

Far from the town. If you hire a vehicle or two Weeler then it is a very comfortable place to stay.

"Not very comfortable or good."

1. Rooms extremely small. One keeps bumping into each other of furniture. 2. Wifi connection pathetic 3. No intercom to contact reception or housekeeping 4. Bathroom can't even turn around. Very small. 5. Ac did not work. 6. Electric points not one next to bed but far off. Limited in number. 7. Buffet layout is very limited. 8. Location is poor. No taxy or scooter stand nearby, no shops close. One has to walk half a km. Neighbourhood not very good. The road stretch to hotel is pretty lonely at night.
