Hotel Kiko

Fairly empty. They did have soda for sale at the front desk.

Haunted, extremely depressing hotel. Made me feel bad for being alive! Smelly ventilation. Far away from any stores. On a busy, industrial bi-way.

Victor and his family were amazing. Clean rooms comfortable beds, excellent internet, and a fair price. They helped me get laundry done, and we're there to answer any questions I had about Mazatlan. Inexpensive breakfast if you want it. Just a gem of a place

It's not a location criticism, I was happy with where it was. just know it's in an industrial area about a 25-minute walk from the Centro historico.

It was cheap. I had all I required in the room including own bathroom, TV, internet, Towel, Soap etc.

It was a bit noisy because it was on a busy road. The night manager kept the TV on all night and I could hear it which was annoying.

Very basic motel but doable for a night.

Parking was in the corridor between the rooms so if you have people who park in there after you then you have to wait until they leave to get out.

Really can't say anything bad about the stay. It was great everything from price to cleanliness. Only downfall the wifi barely works maybe half the time. Other than that definitely great place to stay.
