AUWe had a great stay at Anandathu villas, the location is great and the staff were the best. So responsive and kind. Nothing was a hassle for them and the villa was always clean and tidy.
Each night there were very loud neighbours at around 12-3am. I think they were expats coming home or going out to party but unfortunately had very disrupted sleep because of their loud voices, music and loud bikes. This of course isnt anything against the property but just something i didnt enjoy.

HUNLOur time in Bali was, of course, far too short. We spent two weeks at one of the Anandathu Villas (Villa Avyathi) and had a wonderful time here. If you're looking for a beautiful villa for your family, this is what you're looking for. The question, "what did you like the most?" cannot be explained in one answer. The friendly welcome (2 adults and a 3-year-old child) despite our late arrival (24:00). The excellent service from the team of 4. Our breakfast preferences were accommodated (continental one time, Indonesian breakfast another time). The villa and the pool. The master bedroom and second bedroom were spacious and well laid out with their own bathroom facilities. Despite a birthday party from our neighbors (on a Saturday night and everyone was quiet by 23:30), it was a peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for a family. I was also able to do my work online and watch Netflix thanks to the good Wi-Fi connection.
None. Any minor issues were promptly and effectively addressed. Due to having a 3-year-old child, an adult had to accompany them down the open staircase. But you would do that at any accommodation with stairs :-)
AUI absolutely loved the villa I stayed at! It had a beautiful pool, a serene location, The inside of the house was spotless! It was so clean, it felt like new, had a well-maintained garden.
