1. All TV's have a volume set and the controller can't change it. You need to be savvy enough to know how to look for the TV buttons and control it, which does not help a lot since the lowest volume what 20/100. 2. At night the room was very smelly and they told me that it was due to the kitchen's odor going though the AC pipes. They sent a person with a Lysol spray! 3. This is a $380/night hotel room. I expected better toiletries in the bathroom. They offer cheap products and stuck in the wall (Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap), like a gym's bathroom. 4. The view. The pictures in the Expedia, Tripadvisor, and/or their website are nothing compared to reality. Our view was blocked by a huge frame that covers the building. So, honestly, you cannot enjoy anything from the "Cerro de la silla" or the city. Bummer!
