Kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Daha önce de birkaç kez fotoğoraflardan gördüğümüzle alakası olmayan oteller denk gelmişti ama böylesiyle ilk kez karşılaştık. Temizlik berbat ötesiydi.

Otel odalari gercekten buyuk ve guzeldi. Konum olarak da van merkezde heryere ulasim rahatti. Yataklar genis konforlu ve rahatti. Resepsiyon gorevlileri cok yardimseverdi. Fakat eksilere gelince, oda temizlik sıkıntı ve neredeyse yoktu. Kahvaltı vasat ekmekler bayattı. Odalar biraz eski ne tutsak elimizde kalacakti ama onun haricinde fiyat performans derseniz cok iyi. Otoparklari yok ya da herhangi bir otopark ile anlasmalari ve park imkani hic yok. Biraz ileride hemen otopark vardi ve kendi imkanlarimizla arabayi oraya park ettik.

They might have the Handheld Bidet Sprayer for the toilet. The WiFi connection wasn’t good. They did not provide any toothpaste or toothbrush so we had to buy it from the outside which is ridiculous! When we asked for the fan they gave us the broken fan

Otele geldiğimizde yerler ıslaktı yeni temizlenmiştir diye düşündük yatak üzerinde bulunan havlular kullanılmış ve ıslaktı Yatak aşırı derecede rahatsızdı yedek yastık bulunmuyordu. Park yeri yoktu yola park etik Kötü yönleri bunlar İyi yönleri Kahvaltı da çeşit vardı. Merkeze yakın Odada su çay kahve ve su ısıtıcısı bardak mevcuttu. Asansörü mevcut

Very good staff, clean, very good price.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens de cet hôtel à Van et j'en suis très contente. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

I didn't have breakfast....not every thing was to my liking...maybe if they had a toaster n some margarine. The location is perfect not to far from the airport. Iv stayed here 3 times and do like this hotel and staff...just a few things let it down this time

The water was cold in the shower at night...nearly froze lol. The kettles are a bit outdated and ours broke on the last morning. Had to ask for clean towels on the 3rd day as no one came in too clean.

In the outside below zero temperature of winter, the room was warm. The breakfast and WiFi were good. Personnel was helpful.

It was not clean enough, some hairs in bathroom. Everything was old, specially in bathroom. Whole bathroom becomes wet during the shower. There was not enough facilities: a pair of paper slippers would be much better than old plastic ones! There was no power plug for The electric kettle !

the location is near to many well know restaurants, shopping and they are pet friendly, also the guy of the reception who speaks persian was very helpful

The rooms are not bad, but they are not big enough to stay for longer periods of time, they dont speak English
