Me gustó: ubicación. No me gustó: tuvimos un detalle en donde el día sábado 12 de julio, llegamos después de las 10pm a nuestra habitación y no se hizo la limpieza, ni se tendieron camas, ni cambiado toallas, etc... se reportó esto a Recepción y la opción fue movernos a una habitación de solo 1 cama matrimonial, más pequeña que la nuestra que no aceptamos mover todo hacia allá. Pedí devolución de esa noche como compensación y fue negada. Al final lo único que resolvieron fue a esa hora (que ya queríamos descansar), se pusieran a hacer la limpieza, lo cuál nos dejó muy disgustados y fue una muy mala impresión e incomodidad. Ojalá tomen nota del servicio y la forma de resolver problemas con huéspedes. Gracias.
