the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and nice, the AC was extremely powerful and perfect for the hot weather in aqaba

the shower head was leaking, the breakfast was not good (the food is average at best), the smart TV disconnects randomly when casting or even when watching youtube and was annoying, the location feels like its a bit far from where most of the action is but its good enough

في كل زيارة اعود بها لهذا الفندق ارى لمسة من التجديد و التغيير الايجابي حتى في ادق التفاصيل..طاقم الموظفين في غاية التعاون و اللطف ..قسم الاستقبال الآنسة وفاء و مثنى..و السيد وسيم ..طاقم الكافتيريا الشيف و مساعدة الشيف..خدمة الغرف محمد ..ولا انسى مدير الفندق السيد عامر..و الاخوين عبدالله و انس على اهتمامهم بالنزلاء بشكل مباشر
