"Better to avoid"

When you need to pay money in advance (without the right to cancel), everything is very professional. Then after payment, the word professional does not exist. At 12pm on the day of arrival, I have to write and ask for a PIN code fot self check in. Then I get a message that the accommodation has been canceled for technical reasons and I have to choose between 2 alternative accommodations. After choosing an alternative accommodation that is of a lower quality than the original one, I received the wrong address where the PIN for self check in does not work. Then I finally reach the third address where the heating, hot water and TV does not work. An apology is received for every cardinal mistake, and then the mistakes continue. Do not book accommodation if you want a sense of security.
