Loft Airport Hotel

Nice clean hotel. Reception staff on day shift was friendly and spoke good English. Convenient proximity to airport. I stayed there 1 night.

Noisy and absolutely no noise isolation. You hear what people are talking about in corridors and rooms beside yours. Impossible to sleep! Hotel is relatively new but the cheap construction is obvious. To give this property four stars is nothing less than misleading advertising by Hotels.com

The place and room were dirty. The air conditioning of the room did not work we told the front desk and they did NOTHING The TV did not work The room main door frame was coming off. The bathroom air vent was beyond noisy so when the light was on, the air vent turned on automatically and was super loud.

friendly staff, but poor communication skills via email. First they said yes for an airport pickup and then never followed through. Also, before my arrival, I asked if I could check in early (7am) as I had an early flight landing in Istanbul. The answer was yes but when I got there I found out that check in was at 12pm and there was no room available. Only after insisting I could obtain a room at 8am, nevertheless I had to wait for one hour in the lobby. And to conclude, this hotel is rather squalid and very expensive for the rooms that it offers.

Very very thin walls, I was hardly able to sleep. About 20 min away from the airport in a random area, quiet area but easy to get a cab. The property is new and the style is nice but although everything is nice, its very cheap quality. Very clean though.

This hotel have no hot water, they did not client the rooms I do not recommend

This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV.The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira MAX You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience overall. Clean, modern and functional

Upon arrival, we were told that Expedia cancelled our reservation. They had 1 room with a double bed left and charged us $128.00 US dollars. They would not accept a credit card. We had no choice at that time but to pay.

A clean and good-sized room and fairly priced.
