Nothing about this property is good. People were complaining in the lobby and they were treated very distastefully.

I liked nothing. The staff at the front desk ignored us when we came in, one of them kept his head down the whole time, the other was arguing with a guest over the phone and when he hung up, he made terrible gestures to the guest. Then he shewed away another person he was supposed to be helping. After that he finally turned to my family. I gave him my name for the reservation. He said I wasn’t on there. I told him that’s impossible because they had literally called me a couple hours prior CONFIRMING my stay when I told them we were landing. Then he magically finds my name immediately. Then said they cancelled our room and gave it to someone else because we weren’t there. Which also cannot be true otherwise it would have cancelled on the booking website like all other hotels. THEN the housekeeper came down COMPLAINING openly about a guest who was not satisfied with the cleanliness of her room. And then the man tells us he was trying to get us a room no guest had previously been in which makes me think they don’t clean those rooms regularly. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, we left and were treated great at a hotel called Hangar in Guadalajara. But never again.

La experiencia en su totalidad fue excelente. Desde la reservación hasta la recepción y el restaurante fue excelente. El personal del restaurante fue muy atento y amable
