Hostel Have a Nice Day! ドミトリー 個室ルームあり#HVNI

The location is really convenient, the room was quiet and the bathroom and shower areas were clean. When I went, I was the only person in the room, so there was absolutely no noise. The staff was really helpful when I texted them about a problem with the internet, and sent someone to fix it once I explained the problem. I had no more issues the rest of the night.

When I arrived, the internet wasn't working. After texting the hostel, we made sure that the problem was not me and they sent the manager to fix the problem. My bed was the closest to the window, so I could get some of the cold coming into by "capsule" at night. Luckily, the night wasn't very cold so I didn't have any issue.

The location is great.

시설도 깔끔하고 이용하기 편했습니다. 3층 휴게공간도 잘 되있어서 쉬기 좋았어요. 타월도 1장 있어 가성비 좋았습니다.

아쉽다기 보다는 체크인이 셀프라 조금 당황했어요. 늦은시간 전화응대 잘 해주셨고, 어플과 메일로 이미 안내 해주셨는데 제가 확인을 안했더라구요. 다음부터는 확인 잘 해야겠어요 ㅎㅎ

駅から徒歩で近かった。観光地にも利便性がとてもよかった。施設内は清潔で夜間も静かでゆっくり過ごすことができた。スタッフの方に分からないことなど都度確認すると丁寧に対応してくれてとても安心しました。
