This is our 3rd year celebrating my birthday at this lovely venue, we absolutely love the Moroccan theme, the spa services are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous!!! The only reason I did not offer 5 stars is because the neighborhood no longer feels safe. When we arrived a very tattered person was creating a home in the dumpster 5-10 feet from the door. He eyed all the cars coming in and out as he pulled items from the dumpster. He remained there our entire stay. I could tell other customers were also a little uneasy as two were musicians and opted to bring their entire drum set up a flight of stairs to avoid leaving the items in the car. I would definitely not feel safe venturing out to the car without my fiance. Perhaps adding a security patrol might be useful...

Great spa

Moroccan theme is well done in the rooms and around the property. Enjoyed the 2 good size pools, one outside, one enclosed hot pool. The hot mineral spring pools are the main reason we stayed here. Breakfast provided was satisfying and convenient. It’s a gem in a city that’s had better days.

I will be back

This was our second time staying here. It is a unique spot. When you enter off the street, you are transported into a beautiful self-contained world. For an ideal visit, I would recommend blocking out some time to stay and hang out for a few hours in the outdoor courtyard and surroundings. The 24-hour access to the pools is a nice benefit. The staff are gracious and helpful.

It would be nice if the continental breakfast was available earlier. Coffee and tea are available very early, so that is not an issue. This is a very minor complaint.

Decir amenities accessible

We enjoyed the spa, hot springs pool, relaxing music in the public areas and the decor. I had a magnificent massage. The spa garden was beautiful. They have a large chess set outdoors on which my husband was able to demonstrate the rules of chess and some example moves. We had a wonderful time.
