Facilities were all good, staff were trying their best to speak english. Just a little bit far from the airport.

Far from civilization, no atm machine.

Location not as convenient to Tianfu as expected - a twenty-five minute ride. Staff somewhat indifferent check-in. Room very hot and AC slow to reduce temperature. Bed good.

A factory hotel - no character.

The best thing about this place is the price and free shuttle. Pillows are good and comfortable, and the room is spacious.

While the hotel had generally positive reviews, my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, including visible cobwebs and significant wall damage with black marks. The shower had black mildew, and the ceiling showed signs of mold. Additionally, a previous repair above the shower appeared poorly done. The bedding and bathroom towels had an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, which was concerning. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with the food quality being mediocre at best and not very appetizing. We encountered challenges with communication, as the hotel did not respond to our messages through Booking.com. This led to some stress upon arrival, as we were unsure if the shuttle would be available or if we would be expected. Unfortunately, we missed the first shuttle because it was full, and had to wait outside the airport for 30 minutes for the next one. The shuttle ride itself was uncomfortable, as the driver drove at high speeds along dark, winding, and hilly roads, causing us to bounce in and out of our seats. Given the positive reviews on Booking.com, this stay did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel can address these areas for future guests.

It's perfect for a stopover. There are some reviews say that there's nothing around the hotel - it's not true. There's a small newly built district, full with local diners, shops and convenience stores. They're open until late; we ate at some place at 11 p.m. The transfer has a schedule, and they follow it, just ask the hotel. It takes 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport, exit 12 terminal 1, about once in half an hour. The hotel itself is as clean and comfortable as you can expect in China. Bed sheets and pillows are perfect, bed is comfortable. For those who complain: be realistic. Breakfast is not Western, it's Chinese, but you can always find eggs, toasts and sausages. As well as something interesting. We spent a night there between flights, and would do the same for sure next time we're in Chengdu.
