It was such a beautiful place. Great location and was able to walk all downtown on main. The bridge overlooking the water fall is amazing

Wish it had a jacuzzi or something a bit more private as an option to book.

beds were very comfortabel and we had a nice view over the waterfall, the location is great, bar is nice, we didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. Massage in the spa was very good

while this hotel is in a fabulous location it comes with a downfall - the lobby is absolutely overrun by non-hotel guests and makes it feel like a mall in the 90's. Don't expect to sit cozily by the fire.... Reception personnel was very impersonal and couldn't or wouldn't accommodate our request to add our reservation to Bonvoy in order to receive points. Shower only had overhead showerhead and no handheld wand and very low water pressure. Bright light in the toilet cubby makes you feel like in an operating room, especially annoying when using in the middle of the night. On the last night we received a coupon with turndown for a free appetizer AFTER we came back from dinner.... (we left at 7pm) Overall overrated for the price! Wouldn't go again. P.S. the driveup and Valet area turning radius is too small for bigger vehicles so expect to do some maneuvering ....
