Arriving to Casa Ciana late at night was honestly surprising. You’re staying in a local neighborhood, so we needed to adjust to the environment. However, Jorge was a superb host! Available night or day to answer any questions and accommodate our needs. Enjoy a local breakfast with a 10 second walk from the hotel, perfect after a night out! Exceptional service at Casa Ciana elevated this experience.

I loved our stay here and when I return to PR I would love to stay here again. The host was super attentive nice and kept in touch with me throughout my stay. So happy I found this place

The windows were dirty, there is a lot of sunlight but when you go look it outside the windows are dirty, the area around s very dangerous, the road that the place is at is very small so you have to be very careful driving there, there is no hot water I had to shower with cold water.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, modern and convenient.

Everything was on point, all amenities listed were there. Check in was insanely easy. Definitely will stay again.

Although the place has no reception (please do not be fooled by the photo) the manager made excellent attempts at getting hold of me to talk me through the check-in process. This is a self service accommodation with codes which I had not been aware off (my fault for not reading). Once I contacted Jorge, I was easily able to enter the accommodation (all by entry codes). The best thing is that the bed was excellent. I slept like a baby.
