Nous sommes arrivés, et le manager nous a pretexté un gros problème d'inondation dans les 2 chambres que nous avions reservés.il nous a proposé de nous eberger dans un appartement à 50 mètres de l'hôtel .étant très fatigués et la pour une nuit , nous n'avions pas le choix.le lendemain matin , nous nous sommes presentés pour le petit déjeuner , le veilleur de nuit a refuser de nous laisser aller au petit déjeuner .nous avions le sentiment d'être pris pour des intrus .on a du lui faire vérifier notre bonne foi .après vérification auprès d'une certaines personnes travaillant dans cet hôtel ,il s'est avéré que le manager nous avait menti.il était en over Booking .nous n'avons pas pu le voir car nous avons quitté l'hôtel avant sa venu.nous l'avons eu au téléphone et demandé une indemnisation ,chose qui nous a été refusé.j'ai le sentiment qu'il est coutumié du fait .

Nice hotel, newly renovated/built. Room was spacious and beautiful. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. breakfast was fine for the price point, there are many cheeses you can try. Location is was excellent for me. It is 30 minutes walk from the boat terminal, or just a quick ride with the dolmus. You can also catch a dolmus to visit Termal in front of the Kipa mall, which is just 3 minutes from the hotel. Also just 3 minutes walk to be on the seaside. Generally it is very clean, but my room had a strange smell. There is also a hammam that you can use for 100 lira, which was beautiful but not very warm.

A lovely hotel with great staff. The hotel is in a quiet street, one block away from Fatih street with all conveniences and 2 blocks away from the sea. It's a pleasant 20 mins walk to town and the ferry terminal. Property was well kept and rooms were cleaned every day by the warm, sweet housekeeping staff. Front desk staff were also welcoming and ready to help at every moment. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; highly recommend it.

Extremely happy with this hotel. It was like a five star hotel at the price of two star hotel. Very helpful staff and friendly service. Location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet street. Safe and clean area. And thanks to hotels.com👍

The Hotel is new clean the location is prime close to the sea and the Fatih street that has everything. Front deak are amazing and helpful specially Ahmed breakfast is good the staff at restaurant are very friendly I enjoyed the stay there And would definitely go back there
