The staff was very attentive to all our needs. They even packed us a lunch 1 day, since we were going on a sightseeing trip early in the morning and we were going to miss our breakfast. Location was great. Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for those that will be attending world cup games. There is a bus close by, that takes you directly to the stadium or the metro is literally around the corner.

The noises in the hallway, could be heard inside the room.

The price per night was very attractive. Keeping in mind that you would stay in the city center. The room was quite modern and fresh, but not so big.

The size of the room, the neighborhood around didn't look very touristic.

Hotel bien tenu et personnel consciencieux

La chambre que l’on nous a attribué était borgne !! Il s’agissait an plus d’une chambre « supérieure » et aucune fenêtre ni dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain. On a demandé à changer de chambre et le réceptionniste nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet. Je ne comprends pas comment un hôtel 4 étoiles peut avoir des chambres sans fenêtres !!

Good location in down town, walking distance to Zócalo. It was just a few minutes from the train and the airport bus stop : PINO SUAREZ. Wifi was good. There’s a night market in the nearby park and the 屋台のレストラン street restaurants serve dinner with reasonable price. The twin room we stayed with air-conditioner was good size. It was a bit cold at night but blankets helped us. We took an airport bus (30MXN) from MEX airport to hotel and took a Hotel Taxi from hotel to MEX airport (280MXN). Very close to MEX airport. Perfect stay. Many thanks to staff members.

The bathroom drain was clogged.
