La atencion de los botones y el gerente

Me dieron la habitacion a las 2:30 y el check-in era a la 1 o 12pm y al dia de mi salida me solictaron la habitacion puntal y tuve que pagar 100 pesos por una hora mas.

"A beautiful hidden gem in downtown CDMX."

The hotel is beautiful itself. It is located a block away from the Pino Suarez subway and within walking distance from El Zócalo. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable. Been there twice. The delicious buffet breakfast is also a big plus to this already wonderful hotel. We will be back.
