Capella Hotel Motel

Loved the fact there was a laundry close by and great dining in house. Lovely park across the road.

Located in town centre. Easy access to hotel. Cheerful and efficient staff. No blankets. Air conditioner needs attention. Rang manager after returning home. Air conditioner to be checked. Could have provided blankets if we hadn’t returned to motel after hours and been too distracted on second day so equally our fault matter not sorted at time.Unused to staying at motels.

Room is awesome staff excellent

Proximity to pub where we had a good meal

Toilet is difficult to flush and tap in hand basin hard to turn off to stop it dripping

Convenience & access. Friendliness of staff.

Cold weather & air conditioning’s temperature could not be increased.

It was hard knowing where to check in. You have to go to the bar.

Didn't have brekky. Room very basic but adequate for our head on pillow for the 2 nights. Room further fom bar did mean a good quieter night ona busy entertainment night.
