It is modern and clean and has an excellent restaurant

Somebody decided to build the pool on the north side of the hotel and therefore completely in the shade

Нормальные завтраки.

Очень грязная душевая кабина, плесень. Мебель битая со сколами. До ночи этажем выше была дискотека, потолок прыгал, громкая музыка. Качество номера не соответствует заявленной категории отеля

достаточно чисто, есть удобства в виде спортзала, бассейнов и спа зоны. заселили нас раньше, хорошая территория и интерьер в отеле

завтраки очень скромные и не особо вкусные, халатов в номерах нет, хотя в отеле есть спа, соответственно это вызывает вопросы. уборку в номере у нас не сделали, хотя нас не было целый день. на ресепшене попросили хотя бы принести воду, которую обычно ставят при уборке, ждали три часа, позвонила еще раз- ждали уже час! тоже самое было с утюгом, его мы ждали примерно два часа. зато когда мы повесили купальники сушиться на балкон, то нам очень оперативно позвонили и попросили убрать их))) такси на территорию не заедет, придется ловить его посередине дороги.

Мы были с семьёй,отмечали день рождения мужа и очень приятно было получить комплимент от отеля,нас в 12 ночи поздравили и принесли нам тортик со свечкой❤️за что мы очень благодарны.Завтраки там очень приятные и спа отличный,чистый бассейн и тёплый джакузи.Мы остались довольны сервисом.
