The location was close to everything we needed. The view was amazing

The cleanliness wasn’t as good as I have previously experienced through your site. There was garbage still in the bins and the crockery in the cupboards was dirty. The bathrooms (3) weren’t good either. I don’t usually complain but I feel this time is an exception.

Beautifully appointed and laid out, amazing views and super comfortable all around. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Does have areas of mould which I understand is a challenge in the area due to the sea air. Have raised it with staff.

Loved location however, needed car as hills a little tricky for older legs. But view excellent worth a designated driver

All was great.

We found redback spiders inside downstairs and in the garage and the Property Managers had the place sprayed within a couple of hours. The place is well fitted out with everything you need.

The back railing is unstable and therefore unsafe, appears to be rotting timber, also the front balcony has some sort of silicone dripping which got on one of our cars, you need to park back, not under this.

Great location close to the beach in a quiet street.

Beds were small and not very comfortable. Also bedroom set up for kids downstairs and away from any adult bedrooms upstairs was a concern.

The amount of space in the house was very good. Having 3 bathrooms was great as we had 7 people in the house.

The water was a bit tricky in the downstairs shower to use. The stove top knob didn’t indicate the correct numbers There needs to be a sign for the oven/stove top so you know where to turn it on. There was little washing up detergent under the sink. It would have been nice to have some tea, coffee, sugar there.

One of the mattresses on the bunk beds was very uncomfortable.
