O Hotel é novo e conta com uma equipe incrível Destaque especial para a Nina , que não poupou esforços e profissionalismo sempre que precisei mesmo antes da chegada da minha família ao hotel respondendo prontamente as minhas mensagens através do booking. (Almost) Everything was amazing and exceeded expectations.

Minor issues in room- leaky a/c vent, broken light in bathroom, stuck bathroom door. Also thought restaurant policy of no shorts is a bit silly for Orlando but thats their prerogative I guess.

Hotel muito confortavel, super elegante. De fora, parece um Ibis, mas por dentro, é um hotel 5 estrelas de fato. Excelente restaurante michelin.
