The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Overall, the service interactions were pleasant and the property itself felt polished and comfortable.

My main issue was with something small but noticeable: water in the room. The hotel knew there were three occupants, yet housekeeping regularly left only one bottle of water. Even after I called the front desk and asked for this to be corrected, it still was not fixed. For a luxury hotel in Florida, this felt unnecessarily cheap and out of step with guest expectations. If the property wants to position this as sustainability, it should not come across as nickel-and-diming guests.

קודם את מנהל הדירה גד רווח אשר הטעה את הציבור בקשר עם הדירה. אין נוף ישיר. והנוף לים ניסתר על ידי מנופים מול החלון של הדירה. אי אפשר לצאת למרפסת רועשת מאד ולא נעימה מול אתר בנייה. לא דיווח בגילוי נאות על אתר בנייה. המתקנים בדירה מיושנים. חלק ממתגי האורות לא עובדים. סניטרים ישנים. דירה לא נקייה. לא שווה את המחיר בכלל. דירה לא ראוייה למגורים. בטח לא שווה כ 1500 דולר ללילה גם לא רבע מהמחיר. בוקינג קום חייב להפסיק לעבוד עם גד רווח. נקודה. ועליהם להמליץ לו להחזיר את התשלום שגבה ״ביפה שעה אחת קודם ״
