La ubicación y las vistas muy bonitas.

En la habitación se oía perfectamente el baño de la habitación de al lado (es incómodo escuchar que otros huéspedes están usando su baño, se oye todo al ser una casa). Además, nuestra habitación retiene olor a humedad durante horas después de la ducha. El gel de la ducha es escaso, muy escaso. El desayuno podría mejorarse con fruta.

Todo estuvo excelente. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, el desayuno fenomenal y el personal muy amable y atento. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable.

Para una estancia de una sola noche, considero que el depósito de 250€ es un poco elevado.

Zeer modern ingerichte, ruime en comfortabele kamers. Rustig gelegen accommodatie met centrum van Puerto del Carmen op 3 km. Hartelijke ontvangst door Stephanie; ontbijt was heel gevarieerd en uitstekend bereid door Patricia die ook altijd supervriendelijk was. Prachtig uitzicht naar de oceaan en het zwembad.

Zwembad mocht ietsje warmer op bepaalde dagen.

Breakfast was delicious and the pool area was fantastic. It’s a quiet area, with good views over the sea from the breakfast and pool areas.

The room was not up to our expectations, particularly after crossing the entrance, which attempts to elevate the category of the stay by showcasing pretentiously expensive art. The room was small and faced directly the breakfast area, leaving us with little privacy. I missed a proper wardorbe and more space in the room. Even though it’s a nice accomodation, do not be fooled by Booking’s 5 stars. It is not a proper hotel in the full sense.
