Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Well situated in Louisville. Cannot comment on breakfast as we never went to down for it. Only thing I’d say is that parking is pretty limited at the hotel, although there is added parking at the Y not too far away.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed. My rm 416 was very very tiny. Seemed like a maintenance closet was turned into a guest room. Other than that the stay was very accommodating.

Pleasant

In a desolate area. Small hotel. Rooms in the first floor look out on the sidewalk of a busy street. Ask for a higher floor. Understaffed. Restaurant was closed when I was there.

Breakfast restaurant was closed do to flood the first two days . Sewage smell in the lobby and bar. The last two days the restaurant was out of eggs and then no bacon or sausage. The roo m was not clealned the last day. The staff was trying hard, but there was a lack of management.

We were told we could check in a bit early and to go ahead and go to hotel. When we arrived we were told it would be a bit but the front desk would call when room was ready. I never got a call. We finally had to leave as we had somewhere to be. We when got back to hotel we were put In a room with a queen bed when my reservation clearly said king bed. We walked into the room abt uh was 84 degrees in our very small room. Then they also charged wrong amount.

My wife and I stayed at your property this past weekend, and I want to share our experience directly with you before posting a review. Our first room assignment was in unacceptable condition — it was filthy, and we immediately returned to the front desk to be reassigned. The second room was cleaner, but the air conditioning was not functioning. We reported this issue on Thursday afternoon. Maintenance visited Friday morning and only adjusted the vents, dismissing our concern despite the thermostat clearly reading 80 degrees after running all night. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly checked with the front desk for updates but were met with indifference. By Saturday, one staff member asked if we weren’t “just leaving in another day or two,” which only added to our frustration. We paid for a room with working air conditioning, and while I understand that things can break, it was the apathy and lack of ownership from your team that made the situation far worse. The service issues extended beyond the room. On Saturday morning, one of your staff members watched us head toward the breakfast area, only to laugh at us when we returned after finding it closed due to a kitchen issue. A simple sign or courteous explanation would have gone a long way. There are clear opportunities for improvement in both maintenance follow-up and staff training. I brought these concerns to IHG management in case they wanted to address privately before I shared my experience publicly. IHG declined.

The staff were a bit grumpy, says they have laundry facilities but they actually don’t! Room was fairly small as well.

Room was great. Clean and spacious. Shower was night. Staff weren’t very helpful but the hotel itself is nice.
