食堂の壁が良かった、この壁の様に自然を建物内に表現すると素晴らしい。 フロントを通過しないで気軽に外に出入りできた 部屋風呂の広いのは大変良かった

注文した飲み物が遅い 露天風呂の壁が悪い、林の景色がよく見れるようにした方が良い、 （建物の位置、敷地の広さを考えると無理と思います） 大人３人の部屋にしては狭い

築3年で建物のセンスが良く、清掃が行き届いていて 素晴らしい空間でした。 従業員の方が皆さん丁寧で優しく嬉しかったです。

・朝食受付で待たされてしまった。 朝食のフレンチトーストが非常に甘過ぎて 期待していたので残念でした。 ・ディナーのティラミスも甘過ぎました。 ウェルカムドリンクは有難いですが、 アルコールなどのフリードリンクタイムが あるとなお嬉しいです。

- Very tranquil and restful; absolutely gorgeous architecture melding with the natural and beautiful environment of Karuizawa. - Room and bed were very comfortable. - Excellent and hospitable service from the staff members. - Hotel shuttle was convenient and reliable. - Amazing food; loved that local produce was featured prominently and you could taste the freshness and delicacy in the cooking. Enjoyed my dinners in the hotel and the breakfast buffet was beautiful too — great range of both Western and Japanese options. - Lovely onsen and having the option to use the gym is great too — interestingly, they have a rower machine!

- It would be a huge bonus if the gym could have more machines and equipment.
