Für uns ( Verwandtschaftsbesuch in Gersthofen) günstig gelegen. Gute Betten, leise Klimaanlage mit 19 Grad für die Nacht sehr angenehm, schalldichte Fenster und dadurch sehr ruhig. Äußerst netter junger Mann an der Rezeption, der wohl gerade eingelernt wurde.

Im Bad hat es nach Abfluss gemüffelt. Ein Computer mehr an der Rezeption würde das Einchecken erleichtern.

"Kurztrip in Augsburg - gerne wieder hier !"

Für unsere Zwecke alles gut. Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber, praktisch und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was sehr zweckmäßig war an diesem Wochenende. Die Dusche und das Bett super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Public transport nearby.

The sheets were not really cleaned - there were a lot of hair on them, so it was not really comfortable. Also the room as well as the halway had a really weird smell. Also the Hotel charges for the parking, while a cross the street there is a free parking place.

L’impossibilité de réserver une chambre avec un lit double ! On nous propose toujours des lits jumeaux et comme nous avons voulu un lit double, le supplément est de 21€ à régler sur place !!! Nous n’avons point apprécié Pour notre prochain étape nous avons voulu réserver dans la même chaîne, même procédé :pas de lit double en proposition mais que des lits jumeaux ! Nous refusons cette pratique et n’avons plus réservé !! Dommage car on s’y plaît bien
