無料バスの時間がもっと早くからあれば助かるなぁと思った位でした。

・海もお土産屋さんも近い ・リゾート内循環バス、トゥクトゥク乗り放題 ・空港送迎 ・氷がもらえる

・廊下と部屋がカビ臭い ・連泊の際、タオルが一人分足りなかった

館内はおしゃれで清潔感があり、非常に快適に過ごせました。 しかもリーズナブルな価格設定でコスパは抜群です。また、イギラリゾート内に位置しているため、ビーチやリゾート内の様々な施設を利用でき、滞在がより充実しました。

周辺の飲食店は全体的にお値段が高めに感じました。 また、朝食は隣接するホテルでの提供で少し移動が必要でしたが、その分リーズナブルな宿泊価格に納得できました。オーシャンビューのお部屋がないようだったのは少し残念でしたが、全体的には満足です。

The room was large and confortable. The hotel is quite near a very small beach.

The room was only cleaned when I arrived. Then, only the towels were replaced everyday, they were put in a plastic bag at the entrance of the room. Nobody cleaned the room during the week. The water had to be asked at the reception, was not provided as a right and delivered in the room. Although I was alone, I payed for a double room. They just wanted to give me a single bottle of water. On the last day, I arrived at 9.40 to the breakfast venue. Immediately, the staff came to tell me that I had to finish eating until 10 o’clock. In fact the timetable of the breakfast was from 7-10. There is no transportation for the city. You are only allowed to use the airport bus when you arrive and leave, although almost always the bus runs with 2 or 3 passengers. You don’t have open restaurants nearby at lunch time. The hotels don’t serve lunch. There is only a restaurant that serves dinner without prior booking, one needs to walk around 700-800 meters without any light in the street. The swimming pool has awful music.

The staff were kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak much English — including at the reception. They still did their best to assist us whenever we needed help. The hotel is located in the Seven Miles area near Shigira Beach, which is a bit far from the city, but perfect for snorkeling lovers — we even spotted a sea turtle! The hotel has a laundry room (though a bit pricey), and the cleaning service was generally fine. Our bathroom was surprisingly spacious — not like the usual tiny Japanese bathrooms — we had plenty of room to move around.

Unfortunately, the entire hotel had a strong musty, moldy smell, especially on the 5th floor where we were originally placed. It was so bad we had to request a room change. The new room on the 3rd floor was better, but the odor was still present. Breakfast isn't even served in the hotel but next door at the Santa Monica Hotel, which is inconsistent — sometimes you need to sign up and wait to be seated, other times you just walk in. You’re required to place used towels outside by 9 AM, yet housekeeping didn’t show up until 4 PM to replace them. No amenities are provided in the room either (e.g., toothbrush, razors) — you have to go to reception. They claim this is for eco reasons, but it felt more like understaffing. Early check-in was requested and confirmed as "possible if rooms are available", but when we arrived at 9 AM, we had to wait until 3 PM. Not the most flexible experience. Getting into the city is difficult — although there’s a shuttle operated by the Seven Miles group, it’s not very convenient. No real guidance was given on what to do nearby, no activity suggestions or local tips. The walls were dirty, and I always say: you can tell a lot about a hotel from its elevator — and this one had dusty corners and a dirty mirror. The lobby looks nice, but overall, the hotel felt like the weakest in an area full of other hotels, ranging from luxury to budget. To really enjoy the area, you’ll need a rental car or scooter. Otherwise, you're quite limited.

Location was good and it had laundry available (we were traveling for 3 weeks). Nice bathrooms in the rooms.

The music from the 1 st floor would play after 10 pm, no onsite dining, limited onsite parking and hard beds.
