"良いホテルなので、改善して頂きたい部分があるなと思った。"

窓からは海が見ることができ、近くにはご飯屋さんや、お土産屋さん、ビーチもあるので場所は良いと思います。プールは比較的空いており、清潔なので十分に楽しめます。 スタッフの方も真摯に対応してくださいます。

お風呂から下水の匂いが上がってきていて、不快でした。フロントに確認するとすぐに対応して頂き、比較的ましにはなりましたが、対応速度から見て他の部屋でも同じことが起きているのではないかなと感じました。また、提携のタクシー会社の態度が悪く一方的に電話を切られタクシー呼ぶことができませんでした。タクシー会社の口コミを見ると散々だったのでホテル側からも注意して頂きたいと思いました。 部屋内は綺麗ですが、細かいことを言うとベット横のすきま汚れ、壁の汚れが気になりました。

水着の脱水機が有れば良かった、サンタモニカにはあった。

宿泊料金がリーズナブル。 バス、トイレが分かれていて洗面台が広く使いやすい。 周辺にショップや食事処が有る。

朝食会場が無い。 スタッフが常駐していない。
