Check in was a bit complicated. Self check in somehow required me to speak to a staff but the video calling got cut off so I had to do it 3 times.

HK가족여행으로 갔는데 금액도 적정선에서 깨끗하게 잘쓰고왔어요 무엇보다 세탁기가 있는 게 편했네요ㅎㅎㅎ
房間對於三個人來說是足夠大，但清潔方面有點不足，咖啡壼封塵以致不敢使用，浴室和洗手間都十分寛敞。 入房手續雖然簡單但其中的規則條款冗長，假如要每條細讀可能要20分鐘以上，因為剛到埗太累了，只好在同意欄內勾上，建意旅店先把條款在電郵內提前交給客人。 停留最後的一晚回到房間時發覺房門不能打開，在入口處用視訊與他們多次溝通和測試，最後對方派來維修人員修理才能復原，我們足足等了一個多小時才可進房，另一方面也擔心明早是否可以打開門離開去機場，這一夜真是擔心得無法安睡。
