The view and the privacy .

Exceptionnel. En famille à 5 avec vue sur le lagon, ponton privé avec kayaks et paddles; gentillesse extrême de notre hôte ; ce lieu restera notre top n1!

The location is secluded and picturesque. Direct lagoon access is lovely. The dock is wonderful for morning yoga, or lounging in the hammocks. You can walk right out to swim or snorkel. The host is very helpful. The kitchenette is well equipped. Quality paddle boards and kayaks are available. The hotel restaurant across the street is quite good

It a very lovely space but I would not re-book nor recommend that room. There's zero privacy: the window coverings are inadequate and provide full visibility inside the room on 3/4 sides. The room is right on the path to the dock with frequent passersby from early morning to late night, all of whom see straight into the room, their conversations keep you awake. Exterior lights shine directly into the room at night. The bathroom is a shared outdoor toilet and shower that's nowhere near the room so if it's raining or you need to go in the middle of the night it's a significant, inconvenient trip. The outdoor shower and toilet are next to the main entry with tiny swing doors that provide zero privacy. It's unclear why Booking included this property in my "has private bathroom" search, I'll double check next time. The shower and toilet were not cleaned and the used-toilet-paper trash can was not emptied during a 4-day stay.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en Bacalar. A la orilla del lago con buenas facilidades para pasarla bien. Prestan kayaks y paddles. La cabaña muy bien equipada. El único inconveniente es que el baño está afuera de la cabaña y que solo hay ventiladores (no AC). Muy buena atención de Armando.

El personal te recibe y jamás lo vuelves a ver, falta limpieza a las habitaciones y nunca recogen la basura
