Mosquitoes all over the resort need better deterrent we were badly bitten despite wearing repellent

Очень стильный, зеленый и современный отель с высоким уровнем обслуживания. Мы останавливались всего на три дня в номере с бассейном и это было восхитительно! Рестораны отличные, весь персонал очень улыбчивый, внимательный и мы везде чувствовали заботу о гостях! Пожалели, что не забронировали проживание здесь на более долгий срок. В следующий раз обязательно вернемся и останемся побольше!

Очень мало лежаков и бассейна, а беседки всегда заняты семьями с маленькими детишками. В отеле много семей с детьми до года, имейте это ввиду.

Our stay here over the past 7 days has been wonderful, despite the little hiccup, which was managed extremely well by the Duty Margaret Nusree. We will definitely be back next year. The staff and facilities are amazing, in particular Aey at Sala and Gaia restaurants is so welcoming and attentive and genuinely wonderful to all her staff. Ken the barman / mixologist is an absolute standout, obviously has a very welcoming and kind heart, a Thai through and through. Together with all the lovely ladies at YHI Spa where we enjoyed daily treatments. A truly wonderful and memorable place to stay. My only suggestions would be; - more designated adult only pool areas - consider your pricing for additional activities - please compare to Sala which is considerably cheaper for similar activities such as personal Mai Thai etc. I have no doubt you will get many more people paying for these services if your prices were adjusted - the TV channels weren’t broad enough, the addition of some movie channels such as HBO etc would be great - free shuttle services to places nearby such as Turtle Village We can’t wait to come back and hopefully see some of these suggestions put in place.

Everything is perfect, nice and calm.

While I stayed there, the bed was never changed. The shower drain was clogged and the shower water flowed into the pool.

Really enjoyed my stay here, I travelled alone and am a female and felt very stayed and looked after whilst there. It was also my 50th birthday and when I returned to the hotel after an excursion (organised via the hotel) my room was decorated and there was a lovely birthday cake with candles waiting for me. The hotel itself is stunning and the surroundings are very peaceful, the beach is great and food and variety is amazing. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Thank you Melia! :)
