This property is a dump! During the first day of our stay we found that the hot water knob in the shower was broken so the only shower option was cold. I contacted Expedia and the local property manager repeatedly and no one responded or came to fix the shower. The next morning we knew we would not be able to stay there another night because in addition to the plumbing problem, the unit was extremely noisy all night due to being in the corner of a busy intersection and the sofa bed was old and lumpy. No one got a good night sleep. I called Red Awning and the local management company REPEATEDLY. This time not only requesting a plumber but a different unit to stay in. No one responded to my requests so I placed several more calls requesting a refund for the remaining nights and a discount the one night we stayed. 3 days later, I'm still waiting... Additionally, The building and the unit are in great need of repairs and updates. The customer service is nonexistent. Find somewhere else to stay!!
Communication with the staff was terrible, they dont know what they’re doing. I did the check in they didnt know how to explain where to park, and the hotel didnt have sheets/ toilet paper/ towels I spent the whole day calling the office with no response, really bad staying here
