LIV Urban Suites

Modern apartment exactly like the photo’s. The apartments were spotless and the cleaners did a fantastic job of making everything clean and tidy. Location was great for us as it was a little out of the centre, close to the tennis courts and an easy walk to the church and beach. We arrived late, so was sent a video showing how to gain access to the apartment which was easy to follow. Parking was part of the ground level of the apartments and free, so we could park a hire car to use for exploring. The team regularly provided bottled water in eco cartons, which was a lovely touch.

The upstairs bar area isn’t staffed and closes at 10pm, but this worked out great for us, as we were able to use the space during the day to bring up our own drinks and relax. There was a function using the upstairs area one evening but this didn’t cause us any issues. Before the trip, we were at risk at being moved to another place within the liv urban apartments, but we explained that we chose the place for the location and the team were able to honour our booked location, which was greatly appreciated.

The room was perfect for our one night stay in Larnaka. It was super clean, with an easy check in system and a really helpful staff member who assisted with our taxi booking to take us to the airport in the morning.

It was slightly noisy outside - but nothing that shouldn't be expected in a busy place. It didn't really cause an issue.

This is a serviced apartment with room cleaning every other day and towels changed daily if required. The apartment is spacious and clean. Drinking water is provided daily. The only issue I have is that its a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants.
