Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Im Haus gibt es ein Fahrstuhl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum. Die Kommunikation mit Bob ist gut. Das Zimmer ist klein aber hat alles, was man braucht. Es wäre alles wunderbar, wenn nicht der unerträgliche Gestank aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Nach dem Lüften war es etwas besser, aber wenn man nachts muss - ist schwer auszuhalten... Bescheid haben wir gesagt, aber passierte nichts. Sehr sehr schade, weil dieses Problem laut Rezensionen schon lange bekannt ist.

Gestank aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer.

Very nice location, breakfast in a cafe nearby and all amenities provided! If I were to return to Madrid for an overnight stay, would choose this place again.

The room walls were a bit too thin, the shower had specks of mold here and there. It was kinda hard to figure out where the button to exit the courtyard was, as it is not specified directly in the instructions.
