If you hate comfort, quiet, and space, then Bob W Madrid is perfect for you. The first room they gave me had a broken air conditioner. It took me an hour to convince them it wasn’t working. They finally moved me to another room they called “with a view.” The reality? A loud, busy party street. I barely slept for five nights. The windows are not soundproof at all. The bathroom is even worse. Instead of a normal flush, they use a pump system behind the toilet that makes loud, disturbing noises day and night. Sometimes it even activates on its own. When I complained, their solution was to send me back to the room without AC. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they flat-out refused. The kitchen is tiny, with no proper seating. Cooking smells spread into all the rooms because it’s centrally located. The laundry area is also very small, and there’s no proper place to dry clothes. They tell you to dry them in your room, which is already so cramped you can barely move. I even hit my head a few times. They also discourage using the dryer to “save electricity,” which is ridiculous when you’re paying over €200 per night. Overall, this place is massively overpriced and poorly managed. It is absolutely not worth the price. Avoid it.

Location

AC is set at 23c with a fan provided. Room is much smaller then photos. Shower door has an opening when closed, so water sprays into the bathroom. Staff refused to provide fresh towels after three days of use.

Super zentrale Lage. Das Apartment hatte eigentlich alles, was man braucht.

Zugang und Beschilderung: miserabel. Das Zimmer hat ein klares Branding, aber der Weg dahin nicht. Auch, dass es sich nur um eine Etage in einem Geschäftshaus handelt, wird vorher nicht klar. Die Mitarbeiterkommunikation über WhatsApp war hervorragend. Da hat man sich wirklich um mich gekümmert. Allerdings habe ich bis auf das Housekeeping überhaupt kein Personal gesehen.

Posizione perfetta, tutto a piedi. camera ampia e pulita. personale gentile e disponibile su whatsapp (non c'è reception). booking ha offerto il taxi dall'aeroporto appena arrivati, molto gradito.

TV non collegata all'antenna (non risolto), difficoltà a collegarsi a Netflix-Youtube (poi risolto). In camera la cucina non ha lavandino (disponibile solo in cucina comune).
