"Good"

There was boot polish machine on 3 rd floor which was not working. But when I put my boot the machine cut my boot. Heavy loos to me. If machine not working, either they remove or put board.

"Worst but made slightly better by outstanding staff"

Badly maintain. Lifts are abysmal. The courteous staff makes up for a bad ambience but it’s not sufficient

Room decor, lighting, reception area, worst was the approach to the breakfast lounge on the sixth floor
