チェックイン時の説明が不十分。朝食のチケットを入れ忘れられていた。 備え付けのシャンプー、洗顔等のサービスしかなく不便。メイク落としが欲しい。 大浴場のお湯が熱すぎる。タオルを大浴場に置いて欲しい。 部屋着がワンサイズの浴衣しかなく、不便。

Hotel location itself is fine. Staff was friendly and accommodating to questions despite languange differences. Only suggestion is to look carefully at map for location relative to JR station. Was only able to see hotel sign after I crossed the street. On a warm and humid day, having to wait to return to the side of the street I was just on was annoying.
