Limpeza e conforto.

Recepção - funcionário debochou porwue minha esposa havia esquecido o número do CPF e não estava com o documento fazendo cadastro e caretas. Não foi informado que não havia nada - nem água - no frigobar. Havia som alto do quarto ao lado.
