Avoid This Property and Wonder Vacations at All Costs! Our stay at this property was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We booked this home expecting a comfortable, well-maintained vacation rental, but what we got was a poorly managed, dirty, and dysfunctional house that completely ruined our trip. The worst part? The management company, Wonder Vacations, was not only unhelpful but outright disrespectful when we tried to address the issues. What Went Wrong? False Advertising: The heated pool was non-functional, despite being a major selling point for us. Unclean and Poorly Maintained: The home was dirty upon arrival, and we had to clean several things ourselves. Broken Amenities: Several pieces of furniture were broken and unusable, and the cookware was unsafe with flaking Teflon and broken handles. Terrible Customer Service: When we contacted Wonder Vacations, they were not only dismissive but even screamed at us over the phone. Absolutely unprofessional! Basic Needs Ignored: We requested a simple water filter replacement on the first day, but they never provided one, forcing us to buy bottled water for our entire stay. Uncomfortable Stay: The pillows were old, unsupportive, and caused discomfort for everyone, including our 93-year-old great-grandmother. Do Not Book This Property or Any Managed by Wonder Vacations We reached out multiple times to have these problems fixed, and they refused to take any responsibility, always had excuses and not real solutions .They ignored our concerns, failed to address basic hospitality standards, and treated us terribly. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this property and any managed by Wonder Vacations. Booking platforms should seriously reconsider allowing them to list properties. Zero Stars if That Were an Option!

The place was very spacious and conveniently located. The amenities were excellent although we were afraid to use anything due to losing the large deposit. WiFi was a great feature as I still needed to work for a few more hours. The screen on the pool was an excellent surprise as I have an autistic child who loves the water. This kept my anxiety down. Beds were comfortable and the square footage was out of this world. There were plenty of towels.

Some of the furniture and decorations were broken when we got there. I know this may be common but one bunk bed was not safe to climb. The bathrooms were not cleaned as hair was left all over the shower walls in every bathroom and there were 5 bathrooms. The cleaners are being paid but not cleaning. The cleaning fee is $300 and I should have had a cleaner place to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous, very lovely gated area, can’t wait to stay again!
