Just the most sensational hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff are incredible. The location is incredibly safe. As a solo traveller it was super safe, beyond comfortable and just absolutely amazing. When I return to Cape Town this is where I will be!!

Everything was perfect

Nicely situated in Sea Point, the Home Suite Hotel was a lovely property. The warm, friendly and welcoming staff made you feel right at home. Although we were early, our room was ready. Palesa showed us around the hotel and we were treated to hot drinks in the dining area as we sat on the sofa overlooking the view of the ocean. Our room was a sea view and it was great. Coffee, tea, water and milk with local biscuits (rusks and cookies) were part of the room amenities. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. We had lunch in the restaurant and the meal was delicious.

No phone in the room, communication by email.

We stayed one week during our first visit to Cape Town. Location was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. View of Cape Town from the cafe and pool was beautiful. All staff were kind and helpful. Room was roomy, modern and clean as were the facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant too and that was delicious. Worth the price. Highly recommend.

Fresh fruit at breakfast was not always fresh. But this is a very minor complaint and I am writing it as a helpful recommendation for management.

It's a well-positioned hotel, petite and intimate, the views of the ocean and mountain from the 4th and 5th floor pool deck are magnificent! The staff are warm and have a great vibe - they get along and you can feel that they're treated well. The breakfast set-up was fantastic and more than what you'd expect. Their portions are huge when you order lunch or dinner. My one pizza could have fed 4 people! This is my kind of hotel - I wished I could extend my stay!
