Position and new apartment feel

No aircon and staff dont communicate,they need to be trained to be friendly and greet us.no bay hotel access as per other bookings i have made,a big no no

No food came with this price, all was self catering, it would be easier if someone would meet the guests at the location instead of going to the office at crystal apartments to collect the keys, overall we enjoyed our stay, beautiful place, peaceful and tranquil, the beach is on your door step which was truly what I really love, everything is with a walking distance. Thank you and I would not blink in choosing you again for my next stay.

Collecting the key, I emailed multiple times weeks before our arrival to arrange for change in check in and check out times, but this was not meet and no one came back to me which made traveling difficult

Driving back to return keys . Which was never specified and I had to figure it out on my own and rush there before my flight . Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly Shower is leaking out all over the floor

a really lovely and quiet apartment, right on the sea front seconds from all the bars and restaurants. if you are looking for an apartment that you can cook in, this isn’t for you. Due to the power cuts in SA the kitchen appliances won’t work. This didn’t bother us as we ate out all the time. would definitely return, it’s super value for money.

Excellent Camps Bay location. We could not have asked for a more superb location. The complex felt safe and walking distance from shops and restaurants. No car needed and Uber really quick to get to V&A Waterfront.

The cleanliness really let this place down and the stuff which wrong is so easily fixable.

The location of the property was really great.

It was an absolute pain to check-in. The Appartment was not ready until 5pm( a few hours later than advertised) The Appartment was not clean, especially the bathroom(shower) and smaller bedroom. We only had one key to share between three people, and no access to the front pedestrian gate of the property. We contacted multiple people asking about a second set of keys but had no response whatsoever.
