Beautiful restored mill

This old mill-turned hotel is so amazing! So much character. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this hotel! Worth the extra cost to sleep comfortably and in a clean-safe environment.

So the amenities in the room were not functioning. In addition several lightbulbs had issues leaking excessively. Restaurant was absolutely horrible staff was very friendly but food was a poor quality for the price that they charge for it. To be quite honest McDonald's food was better.

It was nice and quiet. I did notice no refrigerator or microwave and the bar and kitchen was but open long

The interior design was beautiful and unique. It was very clean and quiet.

Very glad we chose City Mills, super cute boutique style stay. The restaurant was wonderful. Whoever did the remodel left enough history to give it lots of character. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel has so much character, but is also modern and clean. The bed was comfy and had nice linens and good pillows. The shower was great- very big, with two different shower heads. The toiletries were nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was wonderful too. My one and only point of feedback is that I wish there had been a dinner option. We were looking forward to having a nice dinner on-site after a long travel day, and were really disappointed to find out that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Since almost every nice restaurant in Columbus is closed on Sundays, it would be nice to have meals available at the hotel. However- it's still a great place to stay and I'm hoping to go back soon.
