My room was an unusual layout with tv next to bed and smelled like plastic. Hair in the shower and stained sheets. Room faced a walled-in courtyard.

Tolles Zimmer, grosszügige Fläche, tolle Einrichtung

Horrible experience on the last night when the ventilation system automatically shut down around 10pm in the most of a hot summer night. Called reception and was told they cannot do anything as technician had left for the day. No window and just glass panel, room became so stuffy and I could not have a proper rest. Hyatt was always my go to hotel for my workshop to Swiss and this was probably my last stay. Totally unacceptable for an international known hotel brand and also the price that they are charging.

Dans l’aéroport, donc au top quand on voyage. Relativement silencieux, en même temps, on était on dernier étage.

Chambre réservée il y a des mois, sans spécifications spéciales, juste le choix d’un grand lit dans une grande chambre, mais quelle surprise de recevoir une chambre pour handicapés…. Avec un lavabo qui arrive à mi-cuisse, des WC hors-normes et une douche où on peut être 5… bref, pas adapté à notre situation, évitez la chambre 893… très déçu de cette situation, surtout que la personne qui nous a accueilli avait le choix de nous donner une chambre plus adapté.
