We all loved the decor of the property it was perfect for my family and we all had an amazing time. The location was great for exploring and lots of fab walks near by. It was spotless inside the home and the hot tub was amazing after a long walk!!! I would love to come back. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, the communication throughout was brilliant :)

I had such an amazing time during my stay, the property is beautiful and so well decorated, the location is great for exploring the area. Everything is so clean and it has everything you could need. James and Angela are amazing hosts and the communication throughout was so helpful along with their recommendations. I would love to come back again to stay and would definitely recommend :)

Our recent birthday holiday stay had its positives, but unfortunately, it didn't fully meet our expectations. The communication with the hosts was excellent—they were welcoming and even greeted us with Welsh cakes and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely touch. The interior of the property was well done up, reflecting the effort put into its presentation. However, the location was not what we had anticipated. In hindsight, we should have checked the street view more thoroughly. While the property was advertised as family and pet friendly, our experience suggested otherwise. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway had a very old, stale cigarette smell that lingered on our clothes even after we had left. This was a significant downside, especially considering we had a young baby with us. Moreover, taking our dog out for a walk was inconvenient. The nearest patch of grass was a 10-minute walk away, which made it challenging for quick bathroom breaks. Ultimately, we found ourselves disappointed. The photos in the listing were enticing, but the reality did not live up to our expectations. Due to the smell and the location issues, we couldn't stay for the entire duration of our booking. While there were certainly positive aspects to our stay, the negatives unfortunately outweighed them, leading to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

Great communication with the owners before and during our stay! They very kindly left us two gorgeous cards to wish us a lovely stay and to wish our daughter good luck for her dance competition. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz, which was lovely after our 4 hour drive. The house was home from home with all essentials provided for us to use! The hot tub was a great added bonus and the beds were the most comfortable we have had in a long time. We could not fault a thing! Our first trip to South Wales and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful place! Thank you so much ❤️

The decor of the house was lovely, very clean tidy and with all the facilities you would require. A very central location for walking to local pubs and attractions and only short drive away from Bike Park Wales and Zipworld. The hosts sent an email prior to arrival of local attractions and restaurants which was really helpful! We booked Zipworld on the back of it and it was amazing! There was also a lovely welcome card and chilled bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch.

The surrounding street isn’t very attractive but we didn’t have any problems with the on street parking (although it is a busy street).

Everything was to hand and place was spotless the one issue I had was resolved immediately also has the best night sleep ever and was welcomed with some lovely welsh cakes, pressecco and a greeting card along with some milk. Hot tub was ready for our arrival also. This was a break for me during chemotherapy so I throughly enjoyed a quiet relaxing retreat. Thanks again x

It was a great place with everything I needed for a weekend away with my kids. Brilliant, quirky decor, good-sized lounge, kitchen, and dining area to chill out in and comfy beds. The hot tub was also fab to relax in the evenings. James and Angela's sent great info and we're really helpful and responsive to any questions. I loved it but it also got the seal of approval from my two teenagers.
