Everything was great. We had a lovely stay and will return.

The mattresses could do with a change as spring mattresses are not as comfortable.

The kitchen worked really well for our group of friends - we loved sitting round the large table chatting, eating drinking and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped and attractive. It was great having so many bedrooms that were all ensuite. The property was very accessible to Flint town and castle and coastal path.

There were a few very minor faults - a bedroom light not working and a wonky kitchen chair. The parking was tight but we managed to park four vehicles in the space available.

Brilliant size for a large group of golfers, and perfect location. The kitchen was really good for socialising

The quality of finish in the bedrooms wasn’t the best, most in need of some repairs or replacement. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, and the single beds were very small, so not the best for an adult. One of the toilets was blocked all weekend and there was a smell of drains from most of the rooms and the kitchen sink.

Large house, very clean and tidy. Party of 8 adults & 2 children so we had the house to ourselves. Good mix of double beds and single beds in the rooms. Beds weren't overly comfy, but for the price it's not a massive deal. Towels in every room. Plenty of crockery. Almost more than needed. Kitchen was at the back of the house and was great because you any noise in the kitchen wasn't heard throughout the house.

Windows at the front of the house are a bit thin so could hear all the traffic.

The beds were set up as doubles even though the booking.com description is for twin beds. We didny have enough sheets or duvets to set the beds up properly. The out of hours phone service was no help. We were told it was our own fault. We got subsequent rude messages that it was our fault. If the booking advertises twin bedrooms it should be set up as described. The beds are absolutely tiny with very uncomfortable spring mattresses. Very expensive and terrible customer service

Good size property, good value for money.

The mattresses need replacing there was more spring then mattress .

Spacious table and loved how every room had en-suite. So much room for everyone!

Sofa was upstairs and only small, beds were a bit uncomfy and we had a water leak whilst there, we called out of hours team who told us how to turn the water off to the one room which was handy.

Kitchen was a good size for everyone. Rooms were nicely presented. Location good for surrounding areas and local amenities.
