Very good stay. Lovely staff members very friendly and helpful. So aesthetically pleasing, clean and nice and close to everything you need. It’s in the perfect location. Fridge stocked with drinks to purchase at the reception was an extra bonus if you want to chill at your pool with a cold one. Definitely recommends Belle astina I will be back !!!

Drive to the villa was not good but that is just the driver we had NOT the villas at all. He nearly hit a lady on a bike (was VERY close even for Bali) and driver didn’t care or seem to notice, also the car was very shaky the entire ride there.

Staff were incredible, close to the gym facilities and beautiful restaurants. Pool facilities

No hot water, constant back and forth with staff to resolve the issue. Constant power outage.

Bedroom airconditioning worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were polite when approached.

Mix-up with dates and no flexibility around early check in or late check out. Promised updates via WhatsApp never came. They agreed to transfer our bags the next day but didn’t follow through. Outdoor kitchen/lounge area showed heavy wear: mouldy beanbags, algae on walls, and poor drainage that sent pool water into the lounge area. Had to request my security deposit after cancelling, it wasn’t automatically returned.
