My friend and I booked Milestone Villa expecting a relaxing and private experience, but what we encountered was completely unacceptable. The property was in extremely poor and unsafe condition there was extensive mould throughout the villa, including on the walls, air conditioning units, bathrooms, furniture, and even around the jacuzzi area. The air quality was unbearable and posed a serious health risk. The listing did not disclose any of these issues, and the villa looked nothing like what was advertised. Both of us have medical conditions that are triggered by mould and poor air quality, making it impossible for us to stay there without endangering our health. We were also assured prior to booking that the villa offered full privacy an essential factor for us as Muslim women. Unfortunately, this was not true. The outdoor area is completely exposed, and neighbouring properties can easily see into the villa. This experience was deeply disappointing and distressing. We hope Booking.com reviews this listing and holds the property accountable so that other guests don’t have to experience the same situation. The whole experience was very distressing we left immediately and couldn’t stay at the villa.

Big pool. That’s all

This villa is located amidst a construction site, there is no mention of this on the website. There is noise, dust, and a lot of workers around. Who yell, smoke, work on neighboring roofs and can look inside into a private area. We felt very uncomfortable. we came to relax, but got a construction site and woke up to the sound of hammers at 7:30 in the morning. Until 5 pm. The description said that a welcome drink was waiting for us, but the manager said that they were busy and forgot to put it in the refrigerator. The water pressure is weak, the rooms are small, one of them looks directly onto a construction site. on the second day we had problems with electricity: air conditioning, TV and water did not work. When we asked to reimburse the cost and our desire to leave, we were told that the money would not be returned, but that they could move us to another housing at the other end of the peninsula. The management is disgusting, we are disappointed and do not recommend this accommodation or agency to anyone. For this price you can find much better options.

it was a little dated needs a tidy up pool needs cleaning bathrooms need more ventilation as it’s quite hot in there
