Decent place, room service guys are very kind and hospitable. Thanks to Mr. AKON for his kind behaviour and prompt service. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Room is nice, foods are also delicious. Location is very much accessible and close to airport.

The staff essentially Ms Kiran Gupta and Akon are outstanding in their services . Great service with good attitude and communication. They are absolutely good . The food served is awesome . Akon is very enthusiastic and cheerful guy. Ms Kiran and Akon thank you guyz .

Attended the event of Belstar Micro Finance.....the event really went well...I thank sales team, specially Vina, kuber and shoaib sir....from fnb Mr. Sayed, he really helped a lot....thank you everyone.....the event well superb.....we will definitely tell our colleagues to visit....

We had a small family get together and a surprise Birthday party, the service was amazing, food was great, service was outstanding, Kiran and Ben were patient and very helpful to all the family members, they made the event more memorable for us, everyone enjoyed their hospitality. I would rate a 5 star , for ambience and hospitality of Fern and would highly recommend for small family gatherings for sure.

the hotel was very nice and food also was very good and house keeping person Mr keshav .were very friendly and they all were cooperating with the guest they were keeping the enviroment of the hotel very clean and well maintained by Ms riyana..

Mahantesh and Niranjan have given excellent customer service for us in the restaurant. Room servicing is good, great ambience, center of city easy to locate, had a pleasant stay. However, little expensive for 1 day stay. Thank you and many more to come.
